The reason for the 4 stars is that there was an improperly installed o ring in the injector housing that sprayed water when regenerating. Contacted the seller and they walked me through replacing it. They sent a replacement O-Ring overnight and now everything works perfectly. I love having the the meter display that shows the number of gallons before recharge and which tank is being used. -
