This scheme is used in houses where municipal water first enters a storage tank on the roof and is then supplied to the house by a pump. At the same time, a separate raw water supply line to the kitchen is additionally created directly from the water inlet to the house.
The main water line passes through a mechanical filter, a storage tank, a pump, and a water softening system. This allows the removal of hardness salts from the water used for household purposes: showers, washing machines, boilers, and plumbing.
At the same time, a parallel raw water supply line to the kitchen is created. This line supplies water directly to the drinking water filter, bypassing the storage tank and the softening system.
This scheme has several advantages:- drinking water is supplied to the filter directly from the municipal network
- the water is not heated in the rooftop tank
- the risk of deterioration in water taste is reduced
- the drinking water filter receives a more stable water composition
After the softener, the water flow is split into two lines: cold water for the house and a line supplying water to the boiler for hot water production.
This configuration allows you to simultaneously:
- protect household appliances from limescale
- provide comfortable soft water in the house
- obtain high-quality drinking water through a separate filter.
